The CEO of Facebook is buying some privacy for 30 million dollars.
Mark Zuckerberg has bought four homes near his and is leasing them back to their current residents.
The San Jose Mercury News says a developer was using Zuckerberg's name to promote home sales near him in Palo Alto's Crescent Park neighborhood, where home prices average around 3 million dollars each.
So the Facebook founder spent $30 million for the houses adjacent to his, with one of his neighbors reportedly demanding to be paid 14 million.
The founder of Google, Larry Page, did something similar, buying up property near him so he could build a big mansion.
